Shipping & Delivery


Orders are estimated to ship within 3 business days of the payment date, and most orders are shipped within 24 business hours.  In very specific cases, estimated delivery time may vary.  We ship globally with USPS and UPS,  and are proud to offer APO/AE Overseas Military shipping.  Please, make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned).  Click here for more information on shipping to active service men and women.


Privacy & Security


We do not keep or store emails, addresses, or other information during guest checkouts.  We do not keep credit cards or payment methods, even for customer accounts.  Any information collected during customer signup is used strictly for contact purposes and to assist in future orders (saved addresses, emails, phone #'s, etc.).  We do not share any information with 3rd parties.



Returns & Replacements


Items need to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be in new and unused condition.  Please contact us if there is a problem with any of the products you ordered from our company, or if you wish to return or exchange an item.  Damaged or defective items will be asked to submit a photo for review.
